  • 1 box (15.25 oz) Boxed Cake Mix Any flavor of your choice.
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil Can substitute with melted butter for a different texture.

Optional Add-Ins

  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips Or any other mix-ins like nuts or sprinkles.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, and oil. Stir until well combined.
  • If using, fold in chocolate chips or other add-ins gently.
  • Use a cookie scoop to portion out the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 9-11 minutes until the edges are set but the centers are still soft. Let cool for 2-3 minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. You can freeze the dough for later use.
