  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour Can substitute with gluten-free flour if needed.
  • 2 large Eggs Bind ingredients together.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Enhances chocolate flavor.

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Step 2: Melt the chocolate and butter together in a heatproof bowl using a double boiler or microwave.
  • Step 3: In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and frothy. Add the vanilla and melted chocolate mixture.
  • Step 4: In another bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture until a thick dough forms.
  • Step 5: Drop rounded portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  • Step 6: Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

Store cookies in an airtight container for up to a week. For longer storage, freeze them.
