Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Big Mac sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, yellow mustard, white vinegar, grated onion, sweet pickle relish, kosher salt, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder in a mixing bowl. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Step 2: Divide the ground beef into four equal portions and form into patties slightly larger than the tortillas. Season with kosher salt and black pepper.
Step 3: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on one side. Flip, add cheese, and cook for another 1-2 minutes until cheese melts.
Step 4: Assemble the tacos by placing a patty on each tortilla, drizzling with Big Mac sauce, and topping with lettuce, onions, and pickles. Fold and serve.
Step 5: Serve the tacos warm with extra sauce on the side.
