  • 1 lb Ground Beef 80/20 lean-to-fat ratio for juiciness
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise For Big Mac sauce
  • tbsp Yellow Mustard For Big Mac sauce
  • 1 tsp White Vinegar For Big Mac sauce
  • 2 tbsp Grated White Onion For Big Mac sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sweet Pickle Relish For Big Mac sauce
  • ½ tsp Kosher Salt For seasoning
  • ½ tsp Paprika For seasoning and sauce
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder For seasoning and sauce
  • ½ tsp Onion Powder For seasoning and sauce

Taco Components

  • 4 pieces Flour Tortillas 6-inch size preferred
  • 4 slices American Cheese For topping
  • 1 cup Shredded Lettuce For topping
  • 6 slices Dill Pickles For topping

Seasonings

  • ½ tsp Black Pepper For seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Prepare the Big Mac sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, yellow mustard, white vinegar, grated onion, sweet pickle relish, kosher salt, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder in a mixing bowl. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Step 2: Divide the ground beef into four equal portions and form into patties slightly larger than the tortillas. Season with kosher salt and black pepper.
  • Step 3: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on one side. Flip, add cheese, and cook for another 1-2 minutes until cheese melts.
  • Step 4: Assemble the tacos by placing a patty on each tortilla, drizzling with Big Mac sauce, and topping with lettuce, onions, and pickles. Fold and serve.
  • Step 5: Serve the tacos warm with extra sauce on the side.

Notes

Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to two days. Reheat in the microwave or oven before serving.
